Cartoon toys in straw hats building a red barn. The big one swings a hammer, and the end of it has turned into a drill. Another holds up a flyer that says "AMISH-MADE".

The Amish's Favorite Tool

An ad for Amish-made goods. A computer drew the picture.

Someone put it on Reddit with one question: "Who had the Amish using AI advertising on their 2026 bingo card?"

  1. The ad. A sign on a pole sells barns built "the Amish way." The picture of the Amish man at work was made by AI (The Cool Down).

  2. The hammer. Look at the end of it. "My favorite part is the end of his hammer turns into an electric power drill, the Amish's favorite tool," one person wrote (The Cool Down).

Close-up from the sign: a man hammers a board, and the end of his hammer is a drill bit going into the wood. A red arrow points at it: "DAMN!!!"Posted by Redditapologies for the quality
  3. The guess. Another thinks the Amish paid an outsider to make the flyer, and that person "phoned it in and used AI" (The Cool Down).

  4. The fair point. Someone who grew up near the Amish says the rules depend on the community, and some allow modern tools for work (The Cool Down).

So he might really own a drill. He still would not have one growing out of his hammer.

Do you know what happened then?
