Stash

Michael, October 25: a page selling things, the way fullsendbash.com/gear does. RC trucks, computers, phones, tablets, anything that suits the site. The agent that runs the fsb gear page runs this one too, from its own machine, through the repo.

• Where. /stash in the top menu, and /stash/<slug> for each product. It's empty until the gear Claude adds the first picks, and it stays out of the sitemap until then.
• The split. Same as fullsendbash.com/gear, per the gear Claude's handoff. Scofti owns the frame (src/app/stash/layout.tsx), the sitemap and the privacy page. The gear Claude owns everything else in src/app/stash/. Its brief is src/app/stash/CLAUDE.md.
• Sitemap. Reads pagePicks() and stashUpdated() from src/app/stash/picks.ts, so product pages land there by themselves.
• Privacy. A Stash section: Amazon's pictures, the Associates line, Amazon's cookies.
• Later. An "our stuff" page: games, the calendar (SC-64), music, merch.
