Where it stands

• The game lives in C:\ai\games\scofti-winter-games, with its own Claude, and publishes at /arcade/scofti-winter-games from its own repo (mfowlkes1/scoftiwintergames) and Vercel project.
• It is listed under Games on the holocron as in development.
• /arcade/scofti-winter-games is mounted from scoftiwintergames.vercel.app, carrying noindex.
• Its tile on the arcade shelf is a link to the game. The cover is the game's own /img/cover-portrait.jpg (the cast on the snow at the night stadium), under "SCOFTI" in white Permanent Marker and "WINTER GAMES" in ice-blue Lilita One, the faces its splash uses. The under-construction band and the three-click way in on the picture of the gang are gone.
• Unlike the earlier games it fits any screen, wide on a computer and tall on a phone, so it does not need the old 9:16 frame anywhere.
