Take the jukebox down to a repair notice

The rack was the beginning of the video room, not the jukebox, so it leaves with the videos. What is left is an empty page that says what it is waiting for.

The route and its place in the menu both stay — the address is the thing that survives the rebuild.

Depends on SC-23: the two tracks want somewhere to be before they are taken from here.

Two things that have to move with it

• RACK_UPDATED in src/lib/jukebox.ts is hand-authored and feeds this page's sitemap lastmod. The page genuinely changes when the rack goes, so that value moves with it.
• /privacy describes jukebox behaviour that will no longer be on this page. Every line there is a claim about the code, so it is edited in the same commit, not afterwards.
